Staff SDET, Quality Engineering
Optro
• Own technical and architectural components of test frameworks, test infrastructure and test tooling • Design, create, maintain, and optimize test automation frameworks for Optro web applications • Develop and lead synthetic data & generative AI strategy • Design and implement high-level architectural roadmap to transition legacy test frameworks into self-healing, AI-driven ecosystems • Develop deep understanding of the system’s code structure and component interactions • Evaluate, prototype, and implement cutting-edge agentic tooling to enhance test automation frameworks and test tooling • Manage technical communications and provide technical mentorship for more junior SDETs • Collaborate with horizontal (infrastructure, platform, architecture) teams and product teams • Provide technical feedback on product design and architecture • Offer feedback on the testability of functional elements • Research test tools, frameworks, testing methodologies, and trends, and upgrade existing practices and processes to meet the ever-evolving technological landscape
Job Requirements
- Advanced software design and programming skills
- Expertise in test methodologies and their corresponding tools
