• Collaborate with the sales team to engage with clients and prospects, conducting technical discussions to understand their security challenges, objectives, and infrastructure requirements. • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the features, functionalities, and benefits of our AI security solutions to prospective clients. • Architect customized security solutions tailored to client needs, leveraging your understanding of cybersecurity principles, AI technologies, and industry best practices. • Lead the development and execution of proof of concept (PoC) projects, working closely with clients to validate the effectiveness and feasibility of our solutions in their environment. • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth deployment and integration process. • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal stakeholders, empowering them with the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize our AI security products. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and research, to provide feedback from the field and contribute to product enhancements and roadmap. • Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in the AI security space, continuously enhancing your knowledge and expertise.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or post-sales solution architecture role.
- Proficient with Linux (familiarity with GNU, Bash, etc.).
- Moderate to advanced cloud experience (including hands-on experience with IaC).
- Python programming experience is necessary.
- AI experience consisting of building advanced AI workflows with tools like LangChain, LangGraph, etc. and experience with MLOps tools/environments.
- Not required but experience with container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipeline integration is helpful.
- Proficiency in articulating technical concepts and value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with conducting product demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and technical presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a passion for technology and a drive for continuous learning and development.
- Willingness to travel as needed to client sites and industry events.

Role Description The Validation Lead is the most senior individual contributor on the Validation team, responsible for overseeing daily performance, training quality, and operational readiness.
