Job Description - Perform design, development, coding, testing, research, programming and documentation for software systems, applications and/or operating systems in conjunction with equipment designers and/or hardware developers. - Perform modeling, designing, and coding activities, employing structured methods to create secure, reliable, and high-performance software for Motorola's enterprise communication systems. - Prepare design documentation for all levels of the software development process, including architectural diagrams and API specifications to ensure long-term maintainability. - Create and execute a full spectrum of test plans, including unit, integration, system, and performance testing, to guarantee enterprise-grade stability and reliability under demanding conditions. - Use rigorous software system testing procedures and meticulously document all results to drive bug resolution and ensure compliance with stringent quality assurance standards. - Analyze complex software requirements to determine technical feasibility, ensuring all design proposals were achievable within strict quality, time, and cost constraints before development commenced. - Manage the complete release lifecycle for mission- critical applications, from final build compilation and code signing through to successful submission and release, ensuring all deployments met strict deadlines and quality standards. - Architect scalable solutions by translating complex product requirements into detailed technical blueprints, producing comprehensive architectural diagrams, and defining strict API specifications to guide the implementation of clean, modular, and high-performance Swift code. - Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the U.S. Target Base Salary Range: $85,467 - $150,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
