As a Business Development Representative your duties and responsibilities would be to developing and maintaining relationships with end-users to achieve goals. Reaching out to qualified leads through outbound calling and social media as well as maintaining and growing existing leads. You will be working as a member of the sales team, and we expect you to be highly skilled in outbound telephone calls and as a meeting booker with the ability to get access to the right person and operate in the space between gatekeepers. In order to be successful at gaining new business, you need to have a deep understanding of the organization's market, audience and product. The challenge is that people's needs constantly change, so you need to be flexible and quick to adapt.
