THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to our Wellz team in Brazil! This is a Remote - Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil. Wellz by Wellhub is our corporate mental health platform, delivering measurable, science-backed results for companies and their employees. By combining technology with human expertise, Wellz offers personalized journeys including online therapy, group sessions, interactive content, and 24/7 specialist chat support. Through data-driven insights and strategic dashboards, we also empower HR leaders to monitor wellbeing, boost engagement, and demonstrate ROI, making quality mental health support accessible and scalable. YOUR IMPACT - Ensure successful delivery of projects, and promote the long-term technical health of our services; - Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve services focusing on performance, scalability, and stability; - Build Integration with 3rd party API and tools; - Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables; - Bring expertise in architecture and design process; - Support existing systems looking to enhance functionality, increase scale, and transform in new ways to meet our product demands; - Meet with the business and product team to review the design of the product; - Create new services/products and capabilities to meet emerging needs as our business grows. - Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your well-being and your colleagues. WHO YOU ARE - Experience with frontend stacks like ReactJS, Typescript and BFFs over Node.js; - You are an engineer professional with experience in designing and developing complex modern service applications, with a stronger focus on the front-end; - You collaborate with product and design teams to create highly responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing experiences that delight customers and set a high standard for all web applications; - You work on a data-driven team, managing data from conception through to result analysis; - You build scalable, maintainable architectures and write clean, readable code; - You are proficient in automated testing; - You have a solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis; - You are proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SASS, and modern web technologies like React or Angular; - You are experienced in managing state within front-end applications; - You are able to communicate with your teammates and stakeholders asynchronously and using English when needed.
