• Participate in Sprint Planning to ensure features are designed and implemented meeting testability requirements • Collaborate with software engineers to develop test cases • Design and develop system test automation scripts and generate required reports • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the product development life cycle • Build out test documentation • Perform manual testing as needed • Perform software development testing activities to increase confidence, functionality, and security of application code
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology (IT), or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust suitability determination
- U.S. Citizenship
- Tooling: Selenium, JMeter, JUnit, JIRA, and Confluence
- Mobile/Web Application testing
- Familiarity with Flutter/Dart testing
- Cloud automation experience
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks
- Working knowledge of test management software tooling
- Experience working with CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins) to monitor/implement test scripts (JUnit)

Requirement Analysis: Reviewing functional specifications, user stories, and technical documents to understand testing requirements. Test Case Development: Creating detailed test cases, scripts, and test data based on system functionality. Test Execution: Performing manual or automated tests to ensure features function as expected, including UI, integration, and API testing. Defect Management: Identifying, documenting, tracking, and verifying bugs in defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Quality Center). Regression Testing: Ensuring bug fixes and new updates do not break existing functionality. Collaboration: Working with developers and product teams to refine requirements and troubleshoot issues. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
