Job Summary The “Supply Chain Planner I – PS” plays a critical role for our customers. Utilizing a combination of Baxter Planning supply chain planning software and Best Practices, planners work to optimize and automate complex global supply chain networks. The planning position provides valuable experience that can be leveraged to transition into other roles within the company including implementation, consulting and business development. Job Responsibilities Support our customers by resolving tickets efficiently, confidently, and with a high degree of quality. Perform customer support tasks for customers including reviewing and resolving alerts, target stock level delta review, supply orders execution, etc. Serve as a supporting role to the Planning team for planning solutions delivered by Baxter Planning Analyzing data to support customer requirements, provide time-bound planning system ticket resolutions Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement Utilize Best Practices providing the best planning support services Drive Baxter Planning systems adoption across customer user base Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and MBA in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience 3 years of prior Supply Chain Management experience Effective written and verbal communication skills Fundamental understanding of supply chain management including planning, inventory management, demand management and supply planning. Excellent prioritization skills Ability to perform challenging tasks under the pressure of an environment where results can have a large monetary impact to customers Creative problem solving and technical skills including advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLookup, etc.) Strong initiative and competitive attitude to review processes and define better methods for supporting customer
