Technical Enablement Engineer

Kestra Technologies

About Kestra Kestra is the universal orchestration platform — open source, declarative, and designed to orchestrate data pipelines, IT automation, business workflows, and AI/agentic systems. Trusted by over 10,000 organizations worldwide — including JPMorgan Chase, Bloomberg, FILA, and Crédit Agricole — Kestra orchestrates mission-critical workloads at scale. The open-source project has close to 30,000 GitHub stars, hundreds of contributors, and a fast-growing global community. In March 2026, we closed a $25M Series A led by RTP Global, with participation from Alven, ISAI, and Axeleo – backed by founders from Datadog, dbt Labs, and Hugging Face. The Role We're looking for a Technical Enablement Engineer based in Europe to deliver live, hands-on training to Kestra's enterprise customers. You'll teach engineering teams how to use the Kestra Enterprise Edition effectively, running interactive online sessions that cover everything from core concepts to advanced configurations. This is a customer-facing, technical role. You need to be comfortable leading live training sessions over video, adapting to different skill levels in real time, and explaining complex orchestration concepts in a way that sticks. The goal is to accelerate customer adoption and help teams become self-sufficient with Kestra. This is a fully remote position. We're hiring from Europe for timezone alignment with enterprise customers and the broader team. What You'll Do - Deliver live online training sessions to enterprise customers, walking their engineering teams through Kestra's Enterprise Edition features, workflow design patterns, and operational best practices. - Develop and maintain training curricula, including structured courses, hands-on labs, and reference materials tailored to different audiences (data engineers, platform teams, IT operations). - Adapt training content based on customer use cases, industry context, and team maturity. - Build and maintain demo environments, sample workflows, and exercises that customers can use during and after training sessions. - Collaborate with Product and Engineering to stay current on new features and translate them into updated training materials. - Gather feedback from training sessions to identify knowledge gaps, common friction points, and product usability issues, then share those insights with the product team. - Contribute to self-serve enablement resources (documentation, video tutorials, getting-started guides) that complement live training. What We're Looking For - Strong technical background with hands-on experience in infrastructure, data engineering, or platform tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, workflow orchestration, or similar). - Proven ability to deliver live technical training or presentations to professional audiences. You're comfortable leading a room (virtual or in-person) and handling questions on the fly. - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. You can explain technical concepts clearly to audiences with varying levels of expertise. - Experience building training content: course outlines, hands-on exercises, reference documentation. You know the difference between a good training session and a slide deck being read aloud. - Customer empathy and patience. You understand that not every team starts at the same level, and you adjust your approach accordingly. - Self-directed and organized. You'll manage your own training calendar, content pipeline, and customer relationships without heavy oversight. Bonus Points - Past experience as a solutions engineer, technical trainer, or developer advocate in a B2B software company. - Familiarity with orchestration or workflow automation tools (Airflow, n8n, Terraform, Ansible, or similar). - Experience in an open-source company where customer education is part of the adoption lifecycle. - Background as a software or infrastructure engineer before moving into customer-facing roles. - Experience creating video-based training content or managing an LMS. What You Get - Real ownership in a globally distributed, technical team. - Direct exposure to product strategy and company priorities. - A product used for mission-critical workloads — not demos. - Competitive compensation, equity, and health insurance.

Affinity Labs is a full-stack, AI-driven software builder that partners with content creators to co-found and scale software businesses. We take products from idea to launch, then keep operating and improving them - so creators can focus on their content and community while still owning meaningful upside. Our model is built for a world where software is getting cheaper to build, but distribution is harder to earn. Creators already have trust and attention, but most don’t have the time, technical skills, or the right partners to turn audience demand into a real product. We solve that by combining a repeatable product engine (reusable templates + AI-assisted development) with creator-led distribution.
