This is a remote position. Stipend Structure: 6 Months (Monthly) - Rs.10,000 Fixed In Hand + Rs.15,000 Monthly Incentives Salary Structure: After 6 Months (Converted) - Rs.20,000 Fixed In Hand+ Rs.25,000 Monthly Incentives Work Arrangement: Work from Home Company Website: https://fyerx.com Responsibilities: - Identify potential prospects who come from Facebook, Google ads, and the FyerX website contact form. - Engage with prospects through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and social media platforms. - Conduct initial outreach to prospects, introducing FyerX's services and identifying their needs and requirements. - Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos with prospects to showcase FyerX's offerings. - Collaborate with the sales team to create customized proposals and presentations tailored to each prospect. - Follow up with prospects to address any questions or concerns they may have. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients. Requirements - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Prior experience or knowledge in sales or business development is a plus. - Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office or Zoho Workplace.
