Chief of Staff, APAC Revenue (Based in Singapore)

Available Locations: Singapore The Chief of Staff on the APAC revenue team serves as a key partner to the Geo Vice President, APAC in determining and managing priorities, driving operational cadence, strategic project management initiatives, and internal/external communications. The ideal candidate must be passionate about high-quality, repeatable processes that produce short, mid, and long-term results. The role requires an individual with excellent analytical, critical reasoning, interpersonal communication, and influencing skills. Primary Responsibilities: Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): - Organize and lead QBRs, ensuring comprehensive preparation, execution, and follow-up. - Collaborate with sales leadership to define key metrics and outcomes for QBRs. - Ensure alignment across teams and drive actionable insights from QBRs. All Hands Meetings: - Plan and execute All Hands meetings, ensuring clear and consistent communication of priorities, achievements, and key initiatives. - Facilitate engagement and interaction during these meetings to foster a cohesive team environment. External Facing Communications: - Manage and streamline external communications, including interactions with key stakeholders, customers, and partners. - Develop and maintain communication strategies to enhance the company's external presence and reputation. Project Management: - Lead strategic project management initiatives across the organization. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Sales Leadership Team Collaboration: - Partner with global revenue leaders to ensure an accurate pulse on priorities on a weekly cadence. - Drive the agenda for Functional Leads and meet with global leaders (and ideally teams) regularly. - Participate and contribute actively in quarterly and annual reviews. - Share best practices across sales teams and communicate critical information from global teams to cross-functional partners. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Maintain regular communication with stakeholders in product, marketing, compliance, and legal teams. - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize global needs. Effective Triage of Escalations: - Conduct quick root-cause analyses and facilitate fast information sharing for time-sensitive escalations. - Drive cross-functional conversations to resolve complex issues and ensure fast turnaround for specific prospects and customer needs. Catch-All Responsibilities: - Be open to taking on various initiatives that are important at any given time. - Examples may include launches of new offices, ensuring new leaders ramp successfully, and providing additional coverage for teams with capacity gaps. Preferred Qualifications - 10+ years of general management experience; minimum five years of experience in Chief of Staff, Corporate Strategy, Sales, Consulting, Strategic Planning or Business Operations. - Proven ability to navigate across organizations. - Experience working in a high-growth organization. - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels - Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement - Enjoys working in fast-paced; sometimes ambiguous environment - Effective judgment, discretion, and resilience under pressure
