Our unique approach to building an App is to give the client and the provider instant bookings and an easy process of all services: - Client requests for quick tasks and large projects. - Providers receive custom requests for their specialized skills. - The app takes care of all invoicing between client and provider with a detailed invoice. - Tracks providers' locations for the client's en route to any job. - Portal platform to guide in listing professions, providing schedules, invoicing, and credit card processing. - Clients can give providers reviews and star ratings to ensure elite services. Our mission is to help all providers strive to achieve their financial and independent goals while having more time with their families. The App offers opportunities to providers over the age of 18 and, by law, over the age of 21 for any tasks serving liquor. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Requires working from detailed instructions and occasional independent decision-making. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, or procedural manuals. A professional Database Administrator will keep the database up and running smoothly 24/7, providing a seamless flow of information throughout the company. - Build database systems of high availability and quality depending on each end user’s specialized role. - Design and implement a database according to end users' information needs and views. - Define users and enable data distribution to the right user, in the appropriate format and in a timely manner. - Use high-speed transaction recovery techniques and backup data. - Minimize database downtime and manage parameters for fast query responses. - Provide proactive and reactive data management support and training to users. - Determine, enforce, and document database policies, procedures, and standards. - Perform tests and evaluations regularly to ensure data security, privacy, and integrity. - Monitor database performance, implement changes, and apply new patches and versions when required. Qualifications - Proven working experience as a Database Administrator. - Hands-on experience with database standards and end-user applications. - Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity, and SQL. - Familiarity with database design, documentation, and coding. - Previous experience with DBA case tools (frontend/backend) and third-party tools. - Familiarity with programming languages API. - Problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically. - BS degree in a computer discipline or relevant certification.

What you’ll do: Responsible for all activities related to the deployment, implementation, and administration of databases including control, maintenance, and support of all database environments and related applications. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, investor guidelines, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $65,000.00 to $85,000.00. - Monitor SQL Server health, jobs, storage, CPU, memory, and I/O for both SQL in Azure VM and Azure SQL environments to ensure stability. - Execute routine database maintenance tasks including backups, integrity checks, and scheduled jobs to support system reliability. - Troubleshoot basic database, job, and connectivity issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members for resolution. - Support database deployments, code releases, and configuration changes in accordance with established change management processes. - Maintain and update database documentation including runbooks, configurations, and operational procedures. - Respond to production support requests and service desk tickets to ensure timely resolution of database-related issues. - Participate in on call rotation. What you’ll need: - Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server architecture, database objects, and relational database concepts including tables, indexes, and join. - Basic knowledge of database backup, recovery models, and routine maintenance processes. - Familiarity with SQL Server Agent jobs, scheduling, and monitoring concepts - Basic understanding of database security concepts including logins, roles, and permissions - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to write and troubleshoot basic T-SQL queries for data validation and issue investigation. - Ability to make decisions that have moderate impact on the department’s credibility, operations, and services. - Ability to multi-task in a production support environment with attention to accuracy and timeliness. - Strong attention to detail in executing tasks and reviewing results for accuracy. - Ability to perform job duties in timely manner and meet service level agreements and timelines. - Ability to work effectively within a team environment and supports shared operational responsibilities. - Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical work experience. - 0–2 years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server or relational databases in a professional or an academic environment. - Microsoft Azure database experience a plus.
