Senior Director, Client Services

• Manage strategic campaigns for the Autonomous Vehicle division • Ensure all technical metrics, safety SLAs, and complex client requirements are met • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding the AV industry, competitive pressures, and regulatory landscape • Own the full financial forecasting for AV-specific accounts • Strategically identify expansion opportunities and transform client needs into actionable commercial roadmaps • Lead high-value contract negotiations for MSAs and SLAs • Act as a conduit between C-Suite stakeholders and internal leadership • Serve as the final point of escalation for critical account issues • Lead the strategic launch of remote assistant and emergency response services in the UK • Ensure the team exceeds contractual KPIs and manages operational and commercial risks • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and provide technical innovation

Job Requirements

  • Extensive experience in client services/account management/operations within the Autonomous Vehicle, Advanced Mobility sectors, Transportation, Robotics, Hi-tech or OEMs
  • Emergency response or air traffic control dispatch experience
  • Demonstrated ability to launch new service lines, preferably in emergency response or remote assistance environments
  • Experience managing highly regulated workflows, public safety or brand risk
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and commercial requirements related to AV technology
  • Ability to build and present executive facing strategy with solution architecture and solution design skills

With full time benefit Job Summary: Responsible for triaging incoming calls to the Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin (F&MCW) After Hours Answering Service from patients, caregivers, or other health care providers. Triage RN assesses the patient's needs and provides appropriate clinical options through the guidance of the triage protocols which may include education regarding immediate care advice and preventative behavior. Patient calls to the After Hours Answering Service are documented using a telephone encounter in Epic, the electronic medical record.
