ResponsiveAds is currently looking for a Ad Format & Template Product Management Lead responsible for defining, building, and scaling the company’s ad format and creative template ecosystem. With over 400 Templates and unlimited formats with our Fully -Fluid technology, rhis role sits at the intersection of our Creative Studio 4 Product, Innovation and Creative Services, Account Management, and the cross-plaform AI driven ad tech executions. You will own how our advertiser and publisher partners create, customize, and deploy high-performing responsive ad experiences Desired Skills and Experience Responsibilities - Hands-on format and template product management; concepts, specs, product marketing, user guides and various template GTM - Defines and builds scalable, high-performing ad formats across display, native, and CTV environments - Partners with design, development and ,production teams to bring template, specs and features to market - Improves usability and workflow efficiency for advertisers and publishers creating responsive ads - Ensures templates are flexible, customizable, and compatible with industry standards and platforms - Drives innovation in dynamic, data-driven creative and modular design systems - Develop Agentic solutions for text direction set-up and execution; including streamlines automated production processes to enable faster, more efficient ad creation at scale

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in product management building HTML5 Interactive and animated ads
  • 3 years in the Advertising industry with deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems (display, native, CTV, programmatic)
  • 1+ years of hands-on ad production and development experience with backend applications, services databases, and data systems from AWS (Redshift), Google Cloud, MongoDB, SQL)
  • Proven strong product management expertise, including roadmap planning, prioritization, and cross-functional execution
  • Experience with creative tooling, design systems, or template-based product environments
  • Specification and presentation skils including demonstrable math and number presentation
  • Other qualifications
  • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong consistency and attention to detail.
  • Developing JavaScript architectures that promote reuse, readability, and best-practice coding standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Enjoys a virtual, global team environment
  • Interested in joining a small founder team
