The Group Benefits Operations Integrity Department whose accountabilities include Fraud Risk Management for health, dental, drug and disability claims is looking for an analytical, self-motivated individual with strong disability management knowledge and a risk mindset to join them in the role of Disability Integrity Specialist on the Disability Integrity Operations Team. Position Responsibilities: - Identify potential fraud and abuse issues and manage these investigations from identification to resolution. - Collaborate with case managers, and others to ensure all appropriate parties understand next steps to maintain the integrity of the fraud investigation. - Dialogue with parties, including legal, privacy, compliance, investigators, police, vendors and customers assessing risk and bringing cases to conclusion. - Utilize a variety of tools for fraud detection and tracking and support various reporting needs as required. - Engage in opportunities to create efficiencies and improve processes through collaboration with direct Team and others. - Calculate overpayments, log savings, and document recovery plans. - Support fraud management projects including analytics. Required Qualifications: - Extensive disability management knowledge, ideally min. 5 years across benefit lines (STD, and LTD). - Solid contract knowledge. - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. - Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
