We are seeking an individual with insurance industry experience focused on construction risk management or commercial construction related experience focused in areas such as safety, project management or engineering to complete risk management surveys and provide ongoing consulting service to construction accounts. This position is a key resource for the evaluation of new and prospective business, contributes to the profitability and retention of current construction business, and provides consulting services to construction accounts. Construction experience/knowledge is strongly preferred. Strong relationship, marketing and consulting skills required to interact with underwriting, agents, members, managers, third parties and team members. Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to operate a personal computer and other business equipment, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Functions as an ongoing resource and contact person with a high level of expertise. - Consults with customers, providing observations, solutions and support to meet business needs. Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: General knowledge of safety and risk management practices and principles, including regulatory (Occupational Safety and Health Administration [OSHA], Department of Transportation [DOT], etc.) and national consensus standards (NFPA, etc.) preferred. Understanding of the commercial insurance business process and the fundamental role of loss control in that process. Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of internal and external contacts. Must possess a desire to learn, grow and develop skills. Ability to prioritize work and time. Ability to operate a personal computer and learn/use applicable systems. - Deep knowledge on Oracle integration Cloud v3 and its use in inbound/outbound integrations from/towards 3rd party applications - Deep knowledge and experience of API-first integration strategies, both REST and SOAP - Deep knowledge of data mapping, data modelling and building scalable architecture - Knowledge of secure setups, required network access requirements and authentication methods - Expertise on specific Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (Finance, Supply Chain, CPQ, Install Base, Subscription management) is a plus - Expertise on Fusion Technical, ERP REST/SOAP APIs, BIP, OTBI, BICC, Data conversions, extractions, Fusion Data load tools such as FBDI, ADF-Di etc. - Work on various Integration patterns and Anti-Patterns At Zensar, we’re “experience-led everything”.
