• Support development of strategic initiatives, business cases, and transformation roadmaps • Translate enterprise priorities into structured workplans and actionable deliverables • Lead or support day-to-day execution and problem-solving across multiple initiatives • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership • Track progress and ensure alignment to strategic objectives and measurable outcomes • Apply structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving to complex business and technology challenges • Conduct market research, benchmarking, and organizational assessments to inform strategy • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, including financial, operational, and strategic modeling • Develop clear, executive-ready materials that synthesize findings into actionable insights • Engage directly with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and refine solutions • Facilitate working sessions, interviews, and focus groups to gather insights • Communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Develop and maintain project management tools, templates, and governance processes • Track initiative performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools • Collect and synthesize feedback to inform continuous improvement efforts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of experience, with at least some experience in management/strategy consulting, technology, or transformation roles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop actionable solutions
- Experience managing multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Advanced degree (MBA, MPA, or similar) preferred
- Experience in management consulting, strategy, private equity diligence, or similar environments
- Experience supporting technology or digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with market research, due diligence, or strategic assessments.
