• Build automated vendor intelligence pipelines that continuously collect and parse AI system cards, model benchmarks (MMLU, HumanEval, etc.), security disclosures, and public vendor documentation • Design synthesis systems that map disparate vendor information to our risk taxonomy—translating technical capabilities into governance-relevant risk signals • Implement quality evaluation for generated risk profiles, ensuring accuracy and detecting when vendor information conflicts or becomes stale • Create adaptive interpretation systems that adjust risk assessments based on organizational context and risk appetite • Research and prototype novel approaches to multi-source information synthesis and cross-vendor comparison
• Define and manage go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Credo AI’s products, including positioning, messaging, and launch planning. • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote new and existing products, continuously measuring and optimizing for scale. • Refine pricing and packaging strategies based on market insights and customer needs. • Craft compelling content for all stages of the customer journey—including sales decks, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and one-pagers. • Create sales collateral and enablement tools to equip the sales team with clear, persuasive messaging. • Translate complex AI governance concepts into clear, compelling value propositions for different audiences. • Manage end-to-end product launches, ensuring alignment across product, marketing, and revenue teams. • Build relationships with key stakeholders—including product management, demand gen, sales, design, and engineering—to deliver effective communication and execution. • Continuously track and measure performance, optimizing marketing efforts for engagement, conversion, and revenue impact.
• Building & delivering customized AI Governance training sessions and workshops to a broad audience, from technical teams to c-level executives. You will be expected to roll-up your sleeves to engage in the full-lifecycle of content creation through delivery. • Supporting customers in defining their AI governance roadmap and workflow(s) using guidance based on industry best practices and standard AI governance frameworks. • Managing customer engagements including gathering requirements, identifying milestones, managing project timelines, and iterating based on customer feedback. • Defining future programs and initiatives that Credo AI can develop to best support customers in their AI Governance journey amidst the rapidly evolving landscape. • Collaborating across all Credo AI functions to source and share AI Governance knowledge. • Representing Credo AI as the global market leader on AI Governance at industry events and in webinars, podcasts, panels, and forums in order to reinforce our position as leaders in responsible AI.
• Define and deliver core capabilities that power all of Credo AI's products • Own enterprise platform infrastructure that makes everything else possible • Ensure right people see the right AI systems and governance data • Own the infrastructure that enables secure, scalable enterprise deployments • Define platform vision and long-term roadmap • Drive platform alignment across teams • Act as DRI for key platform-related business metrics • Partner cross-functionally across Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Security
• Guide customers in the enterprise-wide adoption of the Credo AI Governance Platform. • Lead account and project management through the lifecycle. • Drive platform adoption across teams and ensure customers realize long-term value. • Align platform capabilities to customer needs, support success plans, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver meaningful outcomes.
