• Maintaining accurate financial records using Xero • Processing accounts payable and receivable, including raising and chasing invoices • Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and other balance sheet items on a regular basis • Preparing and submitting VAT returns in line with HMRC requirements • Managing payroll processing or liaising with an external payroll provider • Supporting month-end close procedures and producing management reports • Maintaining an organised and audit-ready filing system for financial documents • Liaising with our external accountant as required • Identifying and flagging any financial discrepancies or process improvements • Updating financial models e.g. Cash Flow, to ensure reporting is accurate

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience, ideally within a small to medium-sized business
  • Proficient in Xero - you know your way around the platform and can hit the ground running
  • Solid understanding of VAT, bank reconciliation, and management accounts
  • AAT qualified (or equivalent) - full or part qualification considered
  • High attention to detail with a methodical and organised approach
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workload with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills - able to explain financial matters clearly to non-finance colleagues
  • A genuine interest in sustainability and alignment with renew’s mission

Acting as a site processes specialist, you will ensure that the trial is conducted in accordance with the approved protocol, ICH-GCP guidelines, applicable regulations, and SOPs to guarantee subjects' rights, well-being, and data reliability. What You’ll Do: • Monitors investigator sites with a risk-based monitoring approach: applies root cause analysis (RCA), critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify site processes failure and corrective/preventive actions to bring the site into compliance and decrease risks. Ensures data accuracy through SDR, SDV and CRF review as applicable through on-site and remote monitoring activities. Assess investigational product through physical inventory and records review. Documents observations in reports and letters in a timely manner using approved business writing standards. Escalates observed deficiencies and issues to clinical management expeditiously and follow all issues through to resolution.
