• Provide senior-level technical leadership to Manufacturing Engineering, Product Design, Production, Quality, and supporting functions. • Act as a recognized subject matter expert in a specialized manufacturing or process engineering discipline, offering guidance, analysis, and solutions to complex technical challenges. • Serve as a go-to technical authority for critical manufacturing issues, continuous improvement initiatives, and strategic projects. • Develop and deliver internal training, mentoring, and technical guidance to strengthen manufacturing competency and succession across the organization. • Evaluate, specify, recommend, and lead the acquisition and implementation of manufacturing equipment, tooling, automation, and process technologies to enhance safety, quality, cost, delivery, and global competitiveness. • Partner closely with Sales, Program Management, Design Engineering, and customers as a senior technical interface during development, launch, and production phases. • Lead or contribute to enterprise-wide manufacturing initiatives, special projects, and advanced problem-solving efforts as assigned.

• Serve as a technical leader responsible for the full scope of design, development, and implementation of protective relay settings and coordination studies • Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of assigned project work • Lead complex analyses including short-circuit and symmetrical component studies to ensure system reliability • Design and optimize relay settings and coordination strategies for critical infrastructure • Develop advanced protection schemes for transmission, distribution, generation, and renewable energy projects—driving innovation in power systems • Create and execute test plans, assist with commissioning, and troubleshoot protection system events to maintain operational excellence • Ensure compliance through NERC PRC reporting and adherence to industry standards • Mentor and collaborate, providing technical guidance to engineers and fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing • Demonstrate an openness to innovation by embracing and applying evolving technology and AI tools to enhance workflows, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.

• Create SCADA point lists, remote terminal unit (RTU) programs, human-machine interfaces (HMI’s), meter programs, metering overviews, and calculations under the supervision of a lead engineer. • Program, install, troubleshoot, test, and commission Remote Terminal Units (RTU’s), Programmable Automation Controllers (PAC’s) & Human Machine Interfaces (HMI’s) for renewable and power utility SCADA systems. • Develop complete design packages for site network and communication architectures compliant with power utility client and regulatory requirements. • Establish and maintain schedules and provide timely progress reports and project status updates. • Takes ownership of quality and coaches/mentors others.

• Lead advanced power system analysis in the renewable energy sector • Manage complex studies—such as TOV, TRV, AC interference, 5mA, insulation coordination, and EMF—using tools like PSCAD, Polaris, CDEGS, ASPEN Line Constants, and TLW-GEN • Conduct high-level system studies to support renewable energy projects • Apply specialized software to model and analyze electrical phenomena • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret results and recommend solutions • Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with industry standards • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives • Develop procedures for new study areas and support business development • Serve as technical lead on projects, coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and clients • Conduct technical reviews and enforce quality control standards • Research new technologies and contribute to process improvements • Participate in client meetings, present technical information, and support proposal development
