Qualifications - 12+ years of relevant experience in AI, business strategy, or technology leadership, with a proven track record of driving profitable growth and operational excellence. - Deep expertise in AI adoption, business impact, and technology strategy, ideally with experience advising high-growth tech companies. - Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. - Executive presence and credibility with C-suite leaders; able to influence decisions and communicate complex ideas clearly. - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including experience delivering insights at conferences and client briefings. - Demonstrated ability to develop AI strategies, operating models, and frameworks that guide organizational transformation. - Comfortable working in a global, multicultural environment with distributed teams. - Graduate degree preferred; bachelor's degree required in Business, Technology, or related fields. - Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
