JOB SUMMARY: Under minimal supervision, this position support the development and implementation of an interdisciplinary curriculum, including needs assessments and pre- and post-assessments, for high school students from underrepresented backgrounds. Deliver high-quality classroom instruction in assigned academic subjects, evaluate individual student needs, and provide targeted tutoring and academic support as necessary. Course content is designed to be dynamic, engaging, and student-centered, emphasizing project-based learning, collaboration, and teamwork while incorporating multicultural perspectives.
