Senior Content Producer – National Brand, Tech, Business Services, AiCX

• Serve as the primary on-camera talent and brand anchor, delivering professional, confident, and engaging presentations in short-to-medium form videos (15 seconds to 5 minutes). • Host explainer videos, industry commentary, executive interviews, product/service demos, thought leadership pieces, and promotional content. • Maintain a consistent, trustworthy on-screen presence that reflects the company’s professional image. • Research and brainstorm compelling content ideas aligned with company goals, marketing campaigns, product launches, and industry trends in tech and business services. • Develop content calendars and series concepts tailored for social media and paid advertising performance. • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to identify key messages and storytelling opportunities. • Write clear, concise, and engaging scripts optimized for video delivery and audience retention. • Conduct background research, gather facts, prepare talking points, and develop interview questions when featuring internal experts or clients. • Plan shoots, including shot lists, locations, props, and visual elements. • Produce high-quality short-to-medium form videos from concept to final delivery. • Shoot, direct, and self-host video content (solo or with crew support). • Oversee or perform lighting, audio, framing, and on-location filming as needed. • Edit videos using tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar — including cuts, graphics, text overlays, music, sound design, and basic motion graphics. • Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, captions, hooks, CTAs, etc.). • Create digital, post, and video assets specifically designed for paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, etc.), ensuring strong hooks, clear messaging, and high conversion potential. • Adapt and repurpose longer content into platform-specific short-form versions. • Incorporate SEO best practices, trending audio, captions, and hashtags for organic reach. • Monitor content performance metrics (views, engagement, click-through rates, conversions) across platforms. • Analyze audience feedback and data to refine future content and improve results. • Act as a professional spokesperson and ambassador for the company and/or Founder/CEO in all content. • Ensure all videos maintain brand voice, tone, visual standards, and messaging guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • 3–7+ years as a corporate news anchor, broadcast journalist, TV host, or equivalent on-camera role.
  • Proven experience producing, scripting, shooting, and editing short-to-medium form video content for social media or digital platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing on-camera work and produced video content (especially in tech, business, or B2B contexts preferred).
  • Excellent on-camera presence, clear articulation, and natural delivery style.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex tech/business topics.
  • Proficiency in video production (shooting + editing) and familiarity with social media content tools.
  • Understanding of paid advertising creative requirements and platform best practices.
  • Knowledge of tech and business services industries is a significant plus.
