Job Requirements
- Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in any of the following states: KY, MI, OH, IL
- Consistently exhibits the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care and compassion to provide high quality health services
- Willingness to work in a revolutionary environment that sometimes necessitates last minute problem solving and out of the box thinking
- Technologically savvy and comfortable using tools such as laptops or mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Pass national background check and valid clinical license search

• Ensure financial accuracy and operational soundness of reservations from booking through post-travel resolution • Conduct audits of pro forma invoices to identify discrepancies • Communicate with partners to enforce contract rates and terms • Analyze booking trends to identify under-margin bookings

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a two-year apprenticeship program • Establish the core program framework and equip host-site leaders • Ensure alignment across locations in program expectations, training, care, and communication • Support recruitment of apprentices in both North America and Europe • Collaborate with sending and receiving partners • Manage program budgets and ensure financial accountability across multiple locations
