Job Description

Business Process Specialist

HireRight

• Responsible for the acquisition, growth and maintenance of HireRight’s data sources • Ensures the data sources are consistent with HireRight quality standards • Provide accurate, timely, and professional feedback related to evaluation and analysis of the data sources • Understand HireRight’s systems and departmental processes • Coordinate data acquisition targets to advance HireRight’s competitive advantage • Analyze data depth, coverage, and return on investment • Identify and implement acquisition process efficiencies • Contribute to maintenance of source documentation while ensuring version control • Interact with team members and other departments as a trainer and subject matter expert (SME) • Maintain business relationships with existing data source providers and initiate contact for data updates • Investigate source maintenance issues by working directly with providers, courts, and personnel providing data acquisition instruction as necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Bachelor's or Criminal Justice Degree preferred
  • Prior documentation and research experience
  • Training experience a plus
  • Computer literacy in an Internet/Windows environment is required
  • Proper verbal communication skills are required
  • Experience managing multiple projects and changing priorities
  • Purchasing or supply chain experience a plus.

This role will lead core HR programs and processes across compensation, performance, employee relations, compliance, payroll, onboarding, and engagement, while serving as a trusted partner to leadership. This person will manage a small team and help ensure our globally distributed workforce has the people programs, systems, and support needed to thrive.
