Consortia Business Development Manager (Northeast) The Staff Pad | New York or New Jersey (Remote with Travel) The Staff Pad is partnering with a global hospitality organization to hire a Consortia Business Development Manager focused on driving revenue through strategic relationships with consortia networks, luxury travel agencies, and key advisor groups across the Northeast. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role—ideal for someone with experience working with consortia (Virtuoso, Signature, etc.) who understands how to influence booking behavior and grow production through advisor partnerships.
