The Sr. Functional Solution Architect at Blue Yonder within the Professional Services team, will serve as a customer‑facing functional advisor, supporting the design and enablement of integrated, end‑to‑end supply chain solutions across our platform. This role focuses on working directly with customers to understand business processes, lead solution workshops, identify gaps, and guide adoption of Blue Yonder solutions, partnering closely with Product Development and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment between customer needs, solution capabilities, and overall product direction. What You’ll Be Doing: Implementation Activities - Participate as a senior member of Blue Yonder’s supply chain solutions implementation team, leading discovery sessions to understand the client’s business objectives, value drivers, process models, and data integration requirements - Functionally design and architect end-to-end supply chain solutions leveraging the ONE RTVN application, including inventory, supply, demand, and value analysis models - Lead hands-on configuration and implementation of supply chain solutions, including data modeling, forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning models - Guide and validate testing, analysis, and solution performance to ensure designs meet business and technical requirements - Lead client and partner training sessions, support go-live activities, and play a key role in driving solution adoption and long-term value realization - Partner closely with Project Leaders to define functional scope, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery remains on schedule - Coordinate and provide functional guidance across cross‑functional implementation team members. Scope/Key Responsibilities - Deep understanding of supply chain management concepts and mathematical models, including demand forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimization, and supply planning - Strong consulting and solution advisory skills, including business analysis, process design, requirements definition, and problem solving - SQL and relational database knowledge strongly preferred - Ability to analyze complex functional issues and develop practical, scalable solutions aligned to demand and supply models with financial and operational impact - Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies with strong analytical, technical, and mathematical aptitude - Strong interpersonal skills with clear, professional written and verbal communication - Highly detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable leading functional discussions with senior client stakeholders. What We’re Looking For: Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or related field. - Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain consulting, solution architecture, functional advisory, or implementation roles supporting end-to-end supply chain solutions. - Solid functional knowledge across end-to-end supply chain domains (ex: Order Management/OMS, Transportation Management/TMS, Demand Planning, Fulfillment, Inventory Management, etc.) - Experience participating in customer workshops, including process mapping, solution design, gap analysis, and translating business requirements into system-enabled solutions. - Proven ability to operate as a customer-facing functional advisor, coaching customers on how to enable and adopt solutions rather than configuring or coding them. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner closely with Product Development when gaps or enhancements are identified. - Willingness to travel up to 30% to customer sites as needed. The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
