Multi-Service Strategic Client Relations Director

As the Multi-Service Strategic Client Relations Director you will be responsible for the effective management of relationships of employer-sponsored (client) accounts. Your main focus will be to enhance and build upon existing relationships resulting in client retention and growth. You may also be responsible for successfully launching new client business. This position is remote, with client meetings virtual or in-person including potential travel to meet with clients. Responsibilities: - Strategically grow and expand business with existing clients in your portfolio, as well as oversee the retention and growth of the portfolio you are covering for. This includes Client Centers, Back-Up Care, College Coach, and/or Tuition Subsidy Programs - Proactively develop strong partnerships with clients to maximize retention and loyalty - Renew and negotiate client contracts - Keep opportunities current and accurate in Salesforce (for both your portfolio and the portfolio you’re covering) - Develop and execute marketing plans to ensure that clients experience the maximum return on their program and view Bright Horizons as their strategic partner for all work/life related objectives - Provide timely and thorough responses to client inquiries and requests on a day-to-day basis - Analyze program utilization, effectively communicate utilization trends to clients, and continuously provide strategic direction to clients to meet their organizational objectives Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree (an additional 3 years of relevant experience would be considered in lieu of an applicable degree) - 10 years direct account or client relationship management with proven ability to upsell Preferred Qualifications: - Experience managing a portfolio of clients and a proven track record of retaining and growing business - Strong relationship management skills - Ability to work well in a collaborative environment - Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities, as well as ability to jump right in and hit the ground running on a new portfolio - Ability to communicate the values and mission of the organization and full range of Bright Horizons services offered Be part of a community where people grow, futures are shaped, and lives are changed. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors. This position is also eligible for a Bonus and Restricted Stock Units. Work hours: Full Time, Exempt position Department highlights: • Team based environment • Workplace culture 2nd to none • Great benefits/ 401k / PTO Here’s What You Need • • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required • Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration preferred • 5 years relevant work experience with at least 4 years in healthcare operations with experience in project management and/or large scale health care organizational change required • Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to influence decision making. What You Will Do • The Project Director is responsible for leading execution of projects in support of strategic priorities to further Texas Health's consumer value proposition. This role is responsible for engaging and coordinating organizational resources to deliver key objectives within a specified time frame (typically rapid cycle) while securing buy-in for solution(s). Responsible for planning and driving end-to-end execution of system-level projects. • Leading and managing cross-functional teams and utilizing knowledge of change management to interface with senior and department leaders to drive execution and reach value realization goals. • Works with leadership and project stakeholders to ensure metrics of success are aligned with strategic objectives and the conceptual design of the project. • Leads coordination of activities across multiple business units for projects. Understands and creates critical path, providing planning support and identifying and managing dependencies to meet established key milestones. This often includes creation of workplans, timelines, and schedules to organize complex projects. • Serves as a communication liaison between internal stakeholders, external partners, the project team, and other functional or departmental leaders to ensure understanding of all necessary aspects of the project and objectives are being met. Positions solutions and secures buy-in. This requires regular written and verbal communication to communicate complex issues succinctly and clearly to drive crucial conversations, alignment, and decisions. • Works with leadership in recommending resource sequencing based on understanding of capacity. • Leads change through crucial conversations to align leaders and teams towards strategic goals.
