Role Description Como uno de los primeros ingenieros en Selenios, tendrás un impacto directo en la evolución de nuestra plataforma tecnológica. Con un producto y clientes ya establecidos, estamos en una etapa de construcción activa donde participarás en decisiones técnicas fundamentales que definirán nuestro futuro. - Desarrollar funcionalidades end-to-end que impacten directamente en nuestros clientes. - Participar en decisiones de arquitectura y en la evolución del stack tecnológico. - Colaborar con el CTO en la definición de estándares de código, buenas prácticas y lineamientos de ingeniería. - Trabajar junto a los equipos de producto y negocio para transformar necesidades en soluciones técnicas escalables. - Contribuir a sentar las bases técnicas y culturales del equipo de ingeniería. - Desarrollar y desplegar código seguro siguiendo los estándares, políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de Selenios. - Mantener la confidencialidad, integridad y disponibilidad de los sistemas de información y procesos bajo su responsabilidad, en cumplimiento de las políticas de seguridad y privacidad de la compañía. - Participar en el proceso de respuesta a incidentes, incluyendo su análisis, documentación y generación de aprendizajes para prevenir futuros eventos. - Ejecutar y asegurar los procesos de retención y eliminación de datos de clientes conforme a las políticas de la empresa y los requisitos contractuales.
