For Québec-based candidates, fluency in English is necessary because the position entails collaboration with teams based in the rest of Americas and occasionally in Europe. As a Content Strategist, you are a strategic, creative, and data-driven individual who will lead the development and execution of high-impact content initiatives across channels. This person thrives at the intersection of storytelling, user experience, and business goals. The Senior Content Strategist collaborates closely with experience design, visual design, product, and other cross-functional teams to craft and manage content strategies that build brand authority, drive engagement, and support business growth. Role responsibilities - Developing and owning the overarching content strategy aligned with business objectives, audience needs, and brand voice. - Leading content planning and editorial calendar development across platforms. - Ability to collaborate with content creators and writers to ensure consistency, quality, and performance. - Conducting audience research, content audits, competitive analysis, and SEO research to inform strategy. - Collaborating with UX designers and product teams to support content needs in product experiences and user journeys. - Using data and analytics to measure content performance and iterate on strategy accordingly. - Ensuring content adheres to brand, legal, and accessibility standards. Must have qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: - 5+ years of content strategy or editorial experience, preferably in a digital-first environment. - Strong editorial judgment, storytelling skills, and attention to detail. - Expertise in SEO, content performance metrics, and user-centered content design. - Experience with content management systems (CMS), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and project management platforms. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment. - Near expert level skills with Excel, Airtable, and Google Sheets.
