Role Description The Associate Director, Product Management is a high-level strategic leader and company authority on market trends and customer needs. This role is responsible for shaping the long-term product vision and prioritizing the strategic pillars for the organization’s entire product portfolio. In addition to portfolio oversight, the Associate Director leads high-impact Programs, taking direct responsibility for business metrics and strategic objectives. This individual serves as a bridge between executive leadership and the product organization, identifying large-scale initiatives that drive new revenue streams and open new markets. What you will bring to the table… - Minimum Education: High School Diploma required. - 7+ years of healthcare product management experience. - 5+ years of experience working on healthcare interoperability features. - 4+ years experience in a leadership or senior management capacity. - Architectural Acumen: Serves as a trusted partner to engineering; able to help architect solutions and communicate complex technical concepts to any audience. - Programmatic Strategy: Mastery of leading large-scale programs, "right-sizing" features for quarterly delivery, and managing dependencies across multiple product lines. - Influential Leadership: High degree of influence across the company, with a proven ability to gain buy-in for strategic initiatives and program objectives from various departments. - Subject Matter Expertise: Recognized as a deep domain expert within the industry, informing strategy through authoritative market knowledge. - Executive Communication: Expert at translating program performance and portfolio health into high-level narratives for executive decision-making. Requirements - Location requirements: Fully remote within the U.S. (Los Angeles or Las Vegas preferred.) - Travel requirements: Up to 10% travel. - Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods, as well as, handle long periods of screen time. - Technology requirements: Reliable, high speed internet. - Eligible for sponsorship: No Benefits - The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $140,000 USD annually. - The total compensation package for this position is negotiable and may also include annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits.
