Job Responsibilities: - Manage calendars and scheduling efficiently - Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations and itineraries - Oversee social media management and engagement - Create professional PowerPoint presentations - Handle invoicing and manage payment processing - Prepare and submit expense reports - Provide excellent client care and support - Assist with light event planning and coordination - Manage and organize email correspondence - Help create and maintain procedural documents - Manage newsletters for distribution Preferred Candidate Attributes: - Ability to work independently in a virtual environment, managing tasks and meeting deadlines - A proactive work ethic with a strong sense of responsibility - Exceptional attention to detail - Pride in producing high-quality work - Strong written communication skills - Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Strong organizational skills for managing multiple clients - Commitment to maintaining confidentiality Required Abilities: - Establish and manage priorities effectively - Analyze complex information and draw meaningful insights - Develop strategic solutions to address challenges - Work in a methodical and sequential manner - Design and systematize processes for efficiency - Visualize and diagram workflows, steps, and procedures - Create order and structure from disorganized situations - Organize both information and physical/material resources effectively - Implement structured systems to improve workflow and efficiency Requirements: - Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant - Fully equipped home office, including: - A computer with the full version of MS Office 365: - High-speed internet access - A smartphone with email capability - A computer with a functioning webcam for virtual meetings - Strong proficiency with cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management software) - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality Note: - This is a 1099 contractor position. - The role is fully remote. - A background check is required prior to contracting with us. - We are seeking candidates with availability during regular business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.). Title: Licensed Loan Officer Assistant NMLS License Require Status: Full time, Exempt/Salaried Location: Remote The expected base pay range for this position is from $45,000 to $50,000 plus additional bonus opportunity resulting in an expected total annual compensation of $75,000 to $90,000.
