Responsible for complete leadership oversight, planning, and execution to onboard software as a service (SaaS) projects for new and existing customers. Serves as the technical and functional subject matter expert for implementing Verity software products including project initiation, data feed creation and analysis, client purchasing interfaces, system configuration, testing, training, and associated processes. Mentors others to help educate and build strong 340B and Verity features knowledge. Responsibilities: - Drive and manage multiple, assigned implementation projects from initial customer engagement through planning, execution, and launch phases - managing all key stages and stakeholders of each project. - Develop and manage relationship with customer key project contact to understand their 3408 program, pain points, internal systems, and other pertinent data to develop clear, customized project approach and success factors around their implementation. - Manage accurate customer data assessment and extract set ups, wholesaler integration, and software configurations to support program success. - Responsible for thorough training on software functions that support ongoing customer workflow to facilitate smooth and confident transition to 'live' project state and transition to account management as applicable. - Serve as the subject matter expert as primary Verity program contact, including determining when to bring additional Verity product and technical resources to support unique project circumstances. - Works with sales team when transitioning completed contracts to implementation stage to know sales expectations set, as well as key facts are communicated to kick off a smooth implementation project. - Facilitates proactive, timely, and comprehensive communication and software demonstrations with customers and all Verity stakeholders key to the critical path success of a project implementation. - Manages project communication with internal and external C-suite stakeholders for all projects. - Partners with Product Management, Product Development, Sales, Accounting and Account Management to ensure optimal operational success of relevant project specifics. - Leads the project transition process to account management to ensure proper support, education, and guidance as needed for ongoing account success. - Follows project and procedural workflows, while contributing to improving those workflows based on learnings. - Attends to other implementation or cross-departmental initiatives as assigned. - Responsible for ensuring internal documentation is up to date and accurate. - Assists with creating any needed internal and client facing documentation. Experience, Skills and Qualifications: - BA or BS in business, healthcare, information systems, or related field or equivalent work experience. - 3+ years in a customer-facing technology implementation and project management, SaaS preferred. - Experience in 340B and/or pharmacy operations desired. - Project management experience, PMP certification desired. - Experience with bringing remote customers aboard cloud based software offerings a major plus. - Passion for working with customers, proactive problem-solving, and embodying a culture to exceed expectations. - Proven ability to analyze data issues and troubleshoot problems with customer data and/or Verity Solutions database schema. - Strong experience with MS Office; expert Excel capability a must. - Proven ability to communicate verbally and in written form at a high level. - Able to prioritize tasks and accept working in a fast-paced environment without getting overwhelmed - Ability to multitask and manage multiple discreet implementation projects at the same time. - Naturally customer focused, with demonstrated passion for being helpful while deep diving into troubleshooting scenarios - SalesForce or similar CRM experience a plus. - This is a remote position and can be performed anywhere in the USA If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 87,800 - 146,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
