• Maintain and enhance foundational customer relationships while growing sales revenue and margins • Collaborate with logistics units and account managers to serve your customer base • Stay informed on industry events including regional projects within the market • Prepare quotes, process orders, address and manage shipping and payment issues and provide solutions • Promote products and value‑added services to meet customer needs • Acquire, utilize, and continuously develop personal technical knowledge of general and specialty merchandise items to assist customers and other company personnel

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in sales and/or sales administration
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, ERP systems, CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • A curious nature and a drive to learn, develop, and continuously grow
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions from customers, clients, and internal teams
