• Own and manage the regional partner territory, including all partner-driven deals and a focused set of strategic partners. • Recruit, enable, and evaluate Reseller, MSP, Technology, and GSI partners to ensure strong regional coverage. • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue through joint go-to-market plans, business planning, and quarterly performance reviews. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Presales, and Executive teams to execute successful partnerships and joint marketing initiatives. • Act as the internal partner advocate—evangelizing partner value, strengthening field alignment, and ensuring effective partner programs, agreements, and enablement.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience leading channel or field alliances within a SaaS organization, consistently driving revenue growth.
- Strong sales and business acumen, including deal structuring, negotiation, forecasting, and exceeding channel revenue targets.
- Excellent presentation and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate performance metrics and growth strategies.
- Deep knowledge of SaaS, including experience with cloud software vendors and partner models.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders, guided by integrity and sound business judgment.

In this vital role you will be responsible for representing TEPEZZA to physicians and health care professionals, establishing product sales, and performing total territory account management.
