The Role: We are seeking a Data Librarian / Data Steward to support our Master Data operations on the MDM platform. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the data quality, integrity, accuracy, completeness, and compliance of master data records with organizational standards and policies, across our enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data governance principles, attention to detail, and experience working with enterprise data in tools like Profisee, Salesforce, or ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP). Librarian / Data Steward Location: Remote (Preference for Southeast or Midwest – Metro Atlanta, Florida, Chicago area, or Austin) Key Responsibilities: Master Data Operations - Review and validate new master data (e.g. customer, product) creation and change requests in the Profisee MDM system. - Ensure all requests meet standard operating procedures (SOPs), business rules, and data quality standards. - Verify master data attributes such as names, addresses, tax IDs (where applicable), and hierarchy relationships using internal and external reference sources (e.g., Melissa Data, Dun & Bradstreet). - Approve, reject, or route data requests to data owners or business stewards based on workflow rules. Data Quality & Governance - Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems by performing regular audits and reconciliations. - Collaborate with Data Owners and Analysts and Engineers to establish governance practices. Support data literacy programs. - Enforce data governance policies and ensure adherence to master data standards. - Collaborate with Data Stewards, Business Owners, and IT analysts to resolve data quality issues and prevent recurrence. - Support data cleansing, enrichment, and deduplication efforts during system migrations and/or periodic refreshes. Process & Platform Support - Document and continuously improve data stewardship processes (within Profisee). - Participate in UAT and validation activities when new MDM (ex Profisee) workflows or business rules are deployed. - Support metric tracking and reporting for stewardship activities (e.g., SLA adherence, data quality KPIs). - Serve as a first-line validator in the data workflow, ensuring changes align with governance expectations. Required Qualifications and Technical Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline. - 5–8 years of experience working with Master Data, Customer Data, or Data Quality Management. - Hands-on experience with Profisee (or another MDM platform such as Informatica, Reltio, Semarchy, or SAP MDG). - Knowledge of data lifecycle, data lineage, data quality, and Master Data Management concepts - Strong data analysis and validation skills using Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools. - Good Understanding of data governance principles, business rules, and workflow-based approvals. - Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and documentation skills. - Ability to define/design data quality metrics, KPIs and dashboards - Effective in facilitating governance forums, stewardship councils, and data quality working groups Preferred Qualifications & Attributes: - Prior experience working in a data operations or shared services model. - Familiarity with Salesforce, Oracle EBS/Fusion, or ERP master data structures. - Familiarity with Data Catalog tools (ex Alation) - Exposure to data quality tools (Melissa Data, D&B, or custom validation scripts). - Experience documenting SOPs and process improvements in Confluence or similar tools. Soft Skills - Strong analytical mindset and commitment to accuracy. - Ability to collaborate across global business and IT teams. - Comfortable working with structured processes, SLAs, and audit requirements. - Eagerness to learn new MDM concepts, tools, data workflows, and data stewardship practices. Success Measures: - Customer master data is accurate, complete, and compliant. - All changes are processed efficiently and traceably within the MDM platform (ex Profisee) - The steward contributes to continuous improvement and cross-team collaboration. - Business users and data owners trust the master data process as reliable and well-governed. Salary Range: $105,000 - $115,000 CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This role interprets, sorts, and verifies accuracy of pertinent insurance data. This role makes necessary outbound calls and/or researching insurance carrier websites to verify and update insurance coverage and enters, edits, or modifies pertinent insurance and escrow payment data into AS400, LPS, Citrix, and FiServ database systems. Core Ops Data Integrity Reviewer (QC) Are you looking for a challenging role that includes the convenience of working virtually at home? Capital One Horizontal Operations is looking for candidates to support the growing Data Integrity team. The team validates deals that our closing and booking partners book and fund. The primary function of the DI team is to minimize the risk to the bank and the customer while ensuring that commercial closing is audit ready. The role includes analyzing credit agreements and comparing the information to the bank’s loan system. The associate is responsible for making sure all data points are accurate and communicating with our closing and booking partners.
