Lock Desk Analyst
Better
• Audit the pricing system daily to ensure the accuracy of published rates. • Ensure all pricing-related data is accurately entered and maintained. • Review and verify lock requests received by the lock desk. • Handle lock maintenance requests such as extensions, re-locks, updates, renegotiations, etc. • Assist with pricing-related questions regarding policies, procedures, and investor guidelines. • Assist with mandatory trade data preparation, execution, and input. • Analyze and resolve operational issues associated with rate lock mismatches. • Research pricing requests and update the system with required pricing changes. • The Lock Desk Analyst is expected to maintain satisfactory attendance and report to work on time every day. • Additional tasks as assigned.
