Summary The Learning & Leadership Development Advisor is responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting leadership development and employee engagement initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, organizational culture, and employee experience. This role partners with Talent Growth & Wellbeing leadership, business leaders, and subject matter experts to build impactful development programs, facilitate leadership training, and support engagement strategies that drive measurable improvements in performance, collaboration, and retention. This position plays a key role in facilitating leadership development programs, including FranklinCovey courses and internal leadership initiatives, while also supporting employee engagement strategies such as engagement surveys, employee listening initiatives, and Employee Resource Group (ERG) programming. The advisor works closely with stakeholders across the organization to translate development needs into structured learning experiences that build leadership capability and strengthen workplace culture. The role requires strong facilitation skills, experience leading leadership development programs, and the ability to analyze engagement insights to inform meaningful development strategies. Key Responsibilities Leadership Development Programs Design, support, and facilitate leadership development programs aligned with organizational leadership competencies and business priorities. Deliver instructor-led and virtual leadership development workshops, including Franklin Covey leadership programs and internally developed leadership courses. Partner with Talent Growth & Wellbeing leadership and business leaders to identify leadership capability gaps and develop targeted development initiatives. Support leadership programs such as manager onboarding, emerging leader programs, and role-based leadership academies. Develop facilitator materials, participant guides, leadership toolkits, and supporting learning resources. Coordinate program logistics including scheduling, participant communications, program materials, and session delivery. Support leadership coaching conversations and reinforce leadership development through practical tools and follow-up resources. Evaluate leadership programs using participant feedback, learning assessments, and business impact indicators. Facilitation and Leadership Training Delivery Facilitate engaging leadership development sessions in both virtual and in-person environments. Deliver FranklinCovey leadership training programs such as leadership effectiveness, trust, execution, and personal leadership development. Adapt facilitation style to accommodate diverse audiences including frontline managers, emerging leaders, and senior leaders. Create psychologically safe learning environments that encourage discussion, reflection, and practical application. Incorporate experiential learning methods including case discussions, scenario exercises, peer learning, and leadership simulations. Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership teams to tailor programs to business needs. Employee Engagement and Listening Strategies Support enterprise employee engagement initiatives, including engagement survey planning, analysis, and action planning. Partner with HR and business leaders to interpret engagement survey results and identify themes, opportunities, and action priorities. Support development of leader toolkits and resources to help leaders respond effectively to engagement feedback. Assist in the design and facilitation of listening sessions, focus groups, and leadership discussions related to engagement topics. Track engagement improvement initiatives and support leadership accountability for engagement outcomes. Help translate engagement insights into development initiatives that improve leadership effectiveness and team culture. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 7+ years of experience in leadership development, learning and development, or organizational development. Demonstrated experience facilitating leadership training programs for managers and leaders. Experience delivering FranklinCovey leadership programs or similar leadership development frameworks. Strong facilitation skills in both virtual and in-person learning environments. Experience supporting employee engagement surveys, listening strategies, or culture initiatives. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate engagement insights and leadership needs into practical development programs. Preferred Qualifications Certification or experience facilitating FranklinCovey leadership programs. Experience supporting enterprise engagement surveys (Gallup, Glint, Qualtrics, CultureAmp, etc.). Experience supporting Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) or culture initiatives. Experience designing leadership development toolkits and manager enablement resources. Experience facilitating leadership programs for large or global organizations. Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or organizational development certifications.
