The opportunity - Act as a senior point of escalation for complex data subject rights requests, including access and deletion requests, Do Not Sell / Share requests, opt-outs, rights to explanation, and broader privacy inquiries, delivering high-quality, compliant outcomes in complex or high-risk scenarios - Take ownership of key components of our technology integration initiatives, including the development and application of AI-driven solutions and prompt engineering techniques, to strengthen and scale our privacy operations. - Lead the development of operational controls that strengthen privacy program effectiveness, including preventative, detective, and corrective mechanisms such as automated SLA monitoring and scalable data subject rights response processes. - Advise business stakeholders on practical, risk-based privacy considerations and support the drafting and review of Privacy Impact Assessments. - Contribute to the coordination of regulatory inquiry responses and the management of data subject complaints, ensuring consistent, well-governed, and defensible outcomes. - Review due diligence responses from data processors and other third-party service providers to assess privacy risks and ensure alignment with our privacy and data protection standards. - Support the development and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and response templates governing inquiries relating to client data and our data protection practices. - Maintain and continuously improve the privacy program’s documentation framework, including Privacy Impact Assessments, Records of Processing Activities, and internal privacy guidance.
