The Associate Registrar is responsible for overseeing the new student enrollment processes in the Registrar’s Office. It includes establishing and following procedures in accordance with regulatory, accreditation and institutional guidelines. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. - Three years related work experience preferred. - One year of experience in supervision and management. Compensation is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. Click Here or use the following link to learn more about careers at Herzing University: https://tinyurl.com/HerzingU RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supervise the Enrollment Specialist and Assistant Registrar positions. - Cooperatively work with the University Registrar and the Associate Provost of Registrar Services on reviewing and maintaining department policies and procedures. - Ensure the accurate communication of academic policies and procedures to the Registrar’s Office staff. - Audit the team’s output for accuracy. - Act as a liaison for other administrative offices on student schedule and academic policy questions. - Ensure the University’s service level agreements are being maintained. - Assist in performing all new student enrollment tasks as needed. - Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, faculty and third parties. - Provide leadership for team and deliver results through effective training, coaching and development of staff. - Oversee the training, development and coordination of division staff and department activities to ensure team has the skills and ability to perform their jobs effectively. - Manage team performance, which includes delivering consistent quality feedback, providing reinforcement and recognition when appropriate, taking corrective action when necessary. - Manage department to appropriate staffing levels; ensuring all new hires receive appropriate training. - Recognize talent and develop staff for potential advancement. - Ensure staff is adhering to FERPA and other related regulatory requirements. - Participate in appropriate professional organizations and stay informed with best practices established by the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO). - Participate in administrative meetings and committees as assigned. - Act on behalf of University Registrar in his or her absence. - Other tasks as assigned. This is a full-time role, hours Monday through Friday. Additional hours or days may be needed to provide support during peak times. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time. - Must be able to occasionally move around the work location. - Constantly operates office and/or teach equipment which may include computers, copiers, fax machines, audio/visuals. - Frequently uses voice and hearing to communicate with students, staff or colleagues face-to-face or over the telephone. - Visually or otherwise identify, observe and assess. - Occasionally move, carry, or lift 10 pounds. Overview The Commissioning Provider I provides leadership in all aspects of one or more construction projects and leads the commissioning team to execute multiple commissioning projects.
