• Support the execution and delivery of services within their portfolio and supports ongoing process improvement and communications efforts. • Support the delivery of client projects, monitoring timelines, budgets, and quality standards. • Gather information from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and reliability, and managing process documentation. • Leverage statistical tools and analytical techniques to analyze data, identifying trends, patterns, and relationships within the data. • Support quality assurance efforts by helping to implement project standards and practices that ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes.

• End-to-end campaign management in DSP platforms • Setup, launch, optimization, and scaling of Web & In-App campaigns • Continuous traffic performance monitoring • Deep analysis of key metrics: CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROI/ROAS, LTV • Development of advanced retargeting strategies (re-engagement, churn prevention) • Audience segmentation using 1st and 3rd party data • Design and execution of A/B tests (creatives, bids, placements) • Performance evaluation of DSPs and publishers

• Participate as an active team member in supporting various data validation and analysis projects, including data entry and review, data clean-up, and preparation of project documentation • Prepare analytic reports for grant programs and individual grant recipients and respond to other ad-hoc requests • Review and document grants management protocols to include, but not limited to, policies, procedures, checklists, and/or other documentation appropriate to each stage of the grants life cycle • Troubleshoot and assist in resolving grant issues; notify team members of issues
