Expert General Virtual Assistant

Wing Assistant

• Store and organize documents, files and spreadsheets to track outreach contacts and follow-ups. • Data Entry: prepare lead lists or meeting minutes, transcribe audio recordings, prepare payroll information, and organize research notes. • Research and build a spreadsheet of referral sources for the personal injury practice: doctors' offices, chiropractors, and medical-adjacent businesses in United States. • Store, update & collect information for marketing and sales campaigns through a contract tracking spreadsheet. • Doing research, building contact lists, managing some basic outreach, filtering phone calls, and handling admin tasks. • Gather data on trends and other publicly available information, monitor relevant online platforms and Q&A communities (e.g. Reddit) for LSAT-related questions and flag or share link of relevant threads. • Monitor projects, conduct internal communication & organize company data, dealing with business card vendors, Facebook business setup, and similar startup logistics. • Coordinate team calendars, prevent scheduling conflicts & ensure clients are on time and prepared for meetings. • Setting up phone system (RingCentral). • Convey information to incoming calls & make calls for appointments or conduct informational inquiries. • Reply to emails, follow up on correspondence, organize inbox as per client preferences, and notify clients about important emails. • Ad hoc tasks.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant
  • At least 18 years of age and completed Senior High School
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills (tone should be casual and warm, in line with US professional culture)
  • Solid organizational & time management skills
  • Able to work on a graveyard shift
  • Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP (RingCentral)
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
  • Ideal candidate is someone with a specific legal or sales background.

Overview Position: Loan Officer Assistant Location: Remote, Eastern Time Zone Schedule: M - F 8:30am-5:30pm EST Compensation: $18-$23/hr base DOE, $100.00 per file bonus Position Summary: The Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) works directly with and supports the loan origination staff (loan officers, sales managers etc.). By working collaboratively with the loan origination staff and processing team, a successful LOA has current product knowledge of loan programs and will be able to communicate loan requirements with customers, processors, and loan officers. Responsibilities - Communicates with the customer (borrower), real estate agents and escrows at the start of the transaction - Collects customer documentation necessary to complete the loan transaction, such as income documentation, asset statements and initial disclosures documents. - Assists loan originators with preapprovals and loan structuring. - Updates all parties with status of loan transaction as necessary.
