Engineering Executive Assistant
PrimECS, LLC.
• Manage and organize executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for engineering projects. • Assist with project tracking, status updates, and reporting. • Organize and maintain engineering files, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible. • Act as a liaison between engineering staff and other departments or external partners. • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as expense reports, office supplies, and equipment management. • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and contracts. • Support the team with special projects as needed.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in an engineering environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Qualifications - Demonstrate proficient product knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional and other loan programs - Ability to analyze tax returns and accurately calculate income for all types of borrowers. - Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, customer service, and communication with customer, processor and LO - Proficient with Encompass, but not required. - Has knowledge of commonly used terminology, concepts and practices and procedures within the mortgage industry. - Ability to meet time deadlines while working under pressure. - Ability to effectively handle simultaneous tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. - Able to effectively and efficiently work independently or as a member of a team. - Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include some evening and weekend hours. Desired Education/Experience: - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); - Two or more years' recent mortgage operations, underwriting and/or processing experience. - Recent customer service and/or sales experience - Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.
