Job Description
Working Student Customer Success Management
Hrmony
• In this position you will support the Customer Success team in guiding our B2B customers across the entire customer lifecycle — from structured onboarding through ongoing support to preparation for renewals and upsells. • You will primarily take on operational, administrative and preparatory tasks and will therefore make a significant contribution to high customer satisfaction and efficient internal processes. • You will assist with onboarding new customers (e.g. preparing test accounts, supporting special cases). • You will perform administrative tasks (e.g. CRM maintenance, process documentation, sending invoices). • You will respond to written inquiries from our B2B customers. • You will help update presentations and other customer-facing materials. • You will support the preparation of renewals, upselling and cross-selling activities. • You will work closely with our Customer Success team and, in part, with the Sales team and perform additional preparatory work.
Job Requirements
- You are enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (at least in your 3rd semester) and will remain registered at a university for at least one more year.
- You are regularly available for at least 15 hours per week, ideally 20 hours, and can arrange your availability so you can support us a bit more at the beginning of the month.
- You have already gained initial practical experience in administration, operations, customer support or customer success.
- You have good skills in MS Office or G Suite, especially for spreadsheets and presentations, and want to deepen these skills.
- You have a quick grasp and good technical understanding and adapt quickly to new tools and programs.
- You always handle your tasks in a structured and reliable manner and keep a cool head even during busy periods.
- A friendly, service-oriented manner when dealing with customers is natural for you.
- You are well organized when working from home, work very carefully and reliably, and place great importance on meeting appointments and deadlines.
- You communicate professionally in spoken and written form: German at native level, English at B1 level.
Benefits
- A working-student position with the option to work from home
- Flexible working hours according to your availability (weekly coordination)
- Monthly benefits budget for our own products for meal subsidies and non-cash benefits — in addition to your salary
- You choose your work device (Apple or Lenovo)
- Insights into the processes and exciting challenges of a startup
- Comprehensive onboarding to prepare you well for your future tasks
- A dynamic and motivated team with an open company culture where you can contribute and grow
