Allstate
• Own the end-to-end management of a key partner account, ensuring long-term health, growth, and success • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, compliance, legal, and field partners) • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day issue resolution, leveraging deep automotive F&I expertise and knowledge of Allstate Dealer Services offerings • Lead quarterly business reviews, including preparation, facilitation, and follow-up action planning • Drive account growth through organic expansion initiatives and identification of new business opportunities • Develop, coordinate, and evolve reporting and analytics to meet changing business needs • Partner with internal brand, compliance, and legal teams to manage and execute partner marketing initiatives • Translate partner goals and objectives into actionable strategies that increase profitability and customer satisfaction • Oversee contract compliance and manage negotiations related to changes, KPIs, and performance outcomes • Support financial forecasting and modeling, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and deadlines • Represent Allstate Dealer Services in client meetings, strengthening relationships and promoting products and solutions.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience (preferred), ideally within automotive F&I, account management, partnerships, or a related field
- Proven ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity
- Technological proficiency and a mindset for continuous improvement
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- A passion for building, leading through influence, and driving results.

Your exceptional skills and qualifications • Two years or more years’ of experience in revenue cycle healthcare within a medium to larger healthcare system • Must be knowledgeable regarding payer billing guidelines • High School Diploma or GED required • Adheres to all network and departmental procedures and policies • Complies with applicable state/federal laws and the program requirements of accreditation agencies and federal, state and government health plans • Documents all actions taken on accounts in the system account notes to ensure all prior actions are noted and understandable by others • Ensures confidentiality of patient records • Follows appropriate steps to resolve denials within specified timeframe • Follows appropriate steps to resolve insurance correspondence scanned into mail queues • Follows billing and collection procedures as outlined in policies and provides payers with the appropriate and necessary information to adjudicate claim • Maintains A/R to meet Network set goals • Meets productivity standards designated by the department • Meets QA standards designated by the department • Monitors the billing and follow up holds at all sources, ensures timely resolution and is responsible for keeping assigned tasks current • Participates in monthly conference calls with specific payers

Description American Lumper Services is a nationwide labor management company. We specialize in warehouse environments and efficiency optimization. We are looking for an account manager to support our growing hourly operation team. Duties would include but are not limited to - client relations, recruiting, payroll, HR, customer service, coaching, mentoring and overall support. This is a mostly remote position with site visits monthly. Hours are based on business need however rarely exceed 40 hours per week. Weekends and evening availability is required. There is a lot of freedom with this role - the schedule is based on business need rather than a time clock.
