Telligen

As a Program Support you will be responsible for administrative and program support for various technical assistance team activities, including program and activity documentation, data entry, creating meeting agendas and notes, task coordination, support of team activities, and general administrative tasks. We are looking for a highly detail-oriented individual with experience in data entry, tracking and reporting, note-taking, customer service, and entry-level project management skills, to support overall success of quality improvement efforts. This is a remote position but you must live in Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, or Oregon to be eligible for this position. However, Telligen will consider internal candidates in other states. What You'll Do: - You will have the opportunity to provide support to individuals offering technical assistance to hospitals, nursing homes, and outpatient clinical practices focused on various clinical topic areas. - You will work with a large and diverse team of quality improvement specialists and analytic experts. You will be critical to our implementation and expansion of the new contract and will have ample opportunity for collaboration. - You will listen, analyze, research, and track member progress while employing excellent customer service. - You will support the team by managing program activities, tracking deliverables, and contributing to the overall success of quality improvement efforts. - You will assist with data tracking, maintaining program documentation, and supporting internal/external training efforts to ensure compliance with program goals and objectives. Required Skills and Experience: - Four-year degree in business, health care, IT and/or equivalent training and/or experience - Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects or tasks, with strong attention to detail. - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with c-suite executives, clinicians, administrators, other health professionals, and internal staff. - Experience assisting with data collection, entry, extraction, collation, and compilation from multiple online sources. - Comfort with tools such as Smartsheet, MS office suite, external data platforms Preferred Skills and Experience: - 3+ years of experience in administrative or support roles. - Experience working in primary care, hospital, and/or nursing homes is preferred. - 2+ years in program support, preferably in a healthcare or quality improvement setting.
