Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
  • 5 or more years of related experience
  • Strong program and project experience
  • Master's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience (preferred)
  • Experience in a Healthcare environment (preferred)
  • 5 or more years of experience of Print Management Enterprise Experience (preferred)
  • Azure DevOps (ADO): Experience managing backlogs, user stories, sprint planning, and delivery tracking using Azure DevOps (preferred)
  • VPSX Print Management: Experience supporting and managing enterprise print environments using VPSX Print Management (preferred)
  • Xerox: Familiarity with Xerox enterprise printing solutions, device management, and print services support (preferred)
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications (preferred)
  • Power BI: Experience creating dashboards and reports in Power BI to deliver actionable insights and support decision-making (preferred)

This position plays a key role in shaping funding decisions for utility- and government-supported TE grant programs across Oregon and Washington. It's an outstanding opportunity for graduate students in Urban Planning, Nonprofit Management, Public Policy, Environmental Studies, or related fields to gain practical, hands-on experience in clean energy program management and equitable infrastructure funding. As part of our collaborative project delivery team, you will review transportation electrification grant applications—assessing them using a structured rubric, crafting detailed project summaries, presenting your insights and funding recommendations, and offering essential administrative support. We’re looking for a candidate who excels in reading comprehension and time management, is exceptionally organized, and communicates clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing. You will work 16-20 hours per week during standard business hours (9 AM–5 PM), with flexible time to accommodate additional application review. A genuine passion for equitable clean energy access and a keen understanding of how transportation electrification intersects with environmental justice and community resilience are essential.
