• Operate as part of a team of professionals responsible for the 24x7 availability of Geisinger's network, cloud, and data center infrastructure • Monitors and maintains the IT infrastructure • Deployment and maintenance of the IT infrastructure • Consults with project teams to ensure compatibility with existing solutions, infrastructure, and services • Creates necessary documentation of systems and infrastructure • Assists other engineers in determining Infrastructure Change Management risk. • Responsible for the lifecycle of IT infrastructure components • Participate in verification of normal service after all scheduled repairs or upgrades • Assists with troubleshooting and diagnosing errors in equipment

Role Description The Site Selection & Colocation Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing optimal locations for new data center developments and colocation expansions.
