• Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and technical reports • Collaborate with engineers, developers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather, analyze, and validate technical information • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and accessible documents in the defined format, by the timeline established and at the quality level articulated • Ensure documentation complies with program standards, style guides, and contractual requirements • Support documentation planning activities, including identifying documentation requirements and organizing content structure • Maintain documentation repositories and ensure proper version control • Incorporate diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids to enhance documentation clarity and usability
Job Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be U.S.-based
- Must be willing and able to pass a background check
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 3–6 years of technical writing experience supporting technical or software-based systems
- Experience developing documentation for complex or enterprise-level systems
- Strong technical writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience with documentation tools (e.g, Confluence, SharePoint, MadCap Flare, or similar)
