• Support clients with their accounting needs by managing their complete files • Serve in an advisory role, guiding and supporting clients

• Independent responsibility for managing financial accounting in the areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounts • Review, coding and posting of incoming invoices • Preparation of payment runs and posting of bank transactions • Management and further development of dunning processes and active receivables management • Participation in the preparation of VAT returns • Support with month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings • Active participation in optimizing and further developing our finance processes and internal workflows

• Manage end-to-end payroll for employees and contractors worldwide • Maintain accurate financial records across multiple group entities • Oversee accounts payable and process invoices promptly • Handle multi-currency reconciliations and bookkeeping consistency • Identify opportunities to automate workflows

• Responsible for managing end-to-end bookkeeping and payroll functions for Australian clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality across all deliverables • Reviewing work completed by Intermediate Bookkeepers to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards • Perform end-to-end bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies • Enter, review, and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable • Process end-to-end Australian payroll and maintain payroll compliance • Prepare and review BAS and IAS in accordance with Australian GST legislation • Ensure accuracy and completeness of client records across systems • Identify issues, anomalies, or process gaps and address or escalate as required • Maintain high-quality bookkeeping standards across multiple clients
