• Independent responsibility for managing financial accounting in the areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounts • Review, coding and posting of incoming invoices • Preparation of payment runs and posting of bank transactions • Management and further development of dunning processes and active receivables management • Participation in the preparation of VAT returns • Support with month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings • Active participation in optimizing and further developing our finance processes and internal workflows

• Provide Level 2 application and system support for inhouse logistics and manufacturing systems • Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents in QS and PROD environments • Support systems used on assembly lines to ensure timely and accurate material delivery • Analyze system behavior based on configuration, thresholds, and production signals • Troubleshoot client-server applications running on Linux and Windows environments • Work closely with internal IT teams, production, and logistics stakeholders • Support deployments, configuration changes, and system stability initiatives • Set team direction, priorities, and workload distribution based on business needs and incident trends • Guide and support team members, providing coaching, feedback, and ensuring knowledge sharing within the team • Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and ways of working • Participate in on-call rotation from 17:00, year-round.

• Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der Finanzbuchhaltung in den Bereichen Kreditoren, Debitoren und Sachkonten • Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen • Erstellung von Zahlläufen sowie Verbuchung der Bankbewegungen • Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung des Mahnwesens sowie aktives Forderungsmanagement • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung • Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen • Aktive Mitarbeit an der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Finance-Prozesse und internen Workflows
