Role Description As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring customers and internal teams can seamlessly use the platform. You will work closely with sales and customer-facing teams to configure backend systems, manage demo environments, and support operational workflows that keep everything running smoothly. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in structured processes and enjoys optimizing systems for efficiency and accuracy. Key Responsibilities - Partner with sales and customer success teams to set up new platform instances and configure customer accounts in the backend - Manage demo environments, including setting up and shutting down instances as needed - Execute and maintain custom configurations for both internal and external use cases - Follow established operational workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery - Identify process inefficiencies and contribute ideas for continuous improvement Qualifications - Several years of experience in operations, data entry, or administrative roles requiring high attention to detail - Comfort working within structured workflows and product-related processes - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with different teams - Resourceful, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and systems Schedule - Monday–Friday, Full-time Hours - Two shifts available — one daytime (EST) and one nighttime (EST), with a few hours of overlap Apply here https://operationsarmy.com/application
